synopsys

Synopsys develops software for electronics design, also known as EDA (Electronic Design Automation) software. The company offers software primarily for chip development, but also for products such as smartphones and servers. In addition, Synopsys is active in the field of cybersecurity. The company is expected to benefit from continued digitization and growth in the chip sector in particular. More and more companies are developing their own chips, which means Synopsys’ customer base could expand significantly in the near future to include companies beyond just Intel and NVIDIA. Chip development is becoming increasingly complex and design is playing an ever-greater role as Moore’s Law approaches its physical limits and chips must become increasingly energy-efficient to meet climate goals. Together with Cadence, Synopsys is a market leader in the EDA software market.

For decades, Microsoft has been a leading player in the technology industry, active in various fields, including cloud computing (Azure), software solutions (Windows and Microsoft 365), artificial intelligence, and business services. Microsoft has committed to ambitious climate goals, including becoming fully climate-neutral by 2030 and removing its historical carbon footprint by 2050.

Edwards Lifesciences

Edwards Lifesciences is an innovative medical technology company specializing in cardiovascular diseases. The company’s flagship product is the transcatheter heart valve. Using Edwards Lifesciences’ technology, a heart valve can be replaced using transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). The new heart valve is inserted via a catheter through the groin without the need to remove the old aortic valve. The TAVI technique is therefore much less invasive than the alternative—open-heart surgery—and consequently reduces the risk of complications for the patient. The company expects strong revenue growth and rising profit margins over the long term.

Daikufu

Daifuku is a Japanese company active in the field of robotics and factory automation. The company manufactures material-handling systems for, among other things, fully automated distribution centers, factories, cleanrooms, libraries, and pharmacies. Daifuku is benefiting greatly from the digitization of the economy and the rise of e-commerce.

ASML

The Dutch company ASML is the leading supplier of machinery for the semiconductor industry. ASML’s machines are used to manufacture chips. The company has a significant technological edge over its competitors and, as a result, holds a leading market position. The production of smaller and better chips enables significant technological progress and makes devices increasingly energy-efficient.

HDFC Bank

HDFC Bank is India’s largest private and mortgage bank and is benefiting from the country’s strong growth prospects. The bank is known for its extensive branch network, a large portion of which is located in rural areas. HDFC Bank also ranks very highly in terms of profitability. India’s growing middle class is a key target group for the bank.
